TT's Tech Care was created from my experience standing on both sides of healthcare technology: caring for people face to face and now working closer to the technology, helping shape how care is delivered.
For more than a decade, I have worked in patient-facing healthcare, including as a medical assistant. Today, my work sits at the intersection of healthcare and technology, while my background in cybersecurity has given me another lens for thinking about innovation, privacy, trust, access, and responsibility.
I am also a U.S. Navy Veteran, a patient within the VA healthcare system, and a person who stutters. Those experiences have taught me something technology conversations can sometimes forget:
